To ensure you adhere to UCI sock height regulations while maximizing your aero advantage, measure the distance between your fibula head and lateral malleolus, then divide the length by 2 to determine your maximum UCI legal sock height. If your measurement exceeds the following specifications, these socks are UCI legal for you.
